We may offer beta, experimental, preview, or early-access features. These features may change, break, be limited, or be discontinued at any time.
Beta and experimental features are provided as-is and may be less reliable than generally available features.
Service Changes and Availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of our services at any time. We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts of the services.
We try to operate reliable services, but we do not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or available at all times.
Disclaimers
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Whitestone Labs disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and reliability.

Termination
You may stop using our services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to our services if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for Whitestone Labs or others, or used the services unlawfully or abusively.
After termination, provisions that by their nature should survive will continue to apply, including intellectual property, privacy, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, and dispute resolution provisions.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Dispute Resolution
Before bringing a formal claim, you agree to contact us at contact@whitestonelabs.org and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will try to resolve the dispute in good faith.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties may pursue available remedies in a court of competent jurisdiction, unless a separate written agreement between you and Whitestone Labs provides otherwise.
